The pandemic has definitely forced us to get creative with the way we do outreach in the community. Here are some pictures of the projects we've done since this past summer.
In
August and September, after we began outdoor worship, we did a diaper
drive for Beloved House who gave them to families in our community who
are having a hard time financially because of the virus.

Since
we couldn't be there in person for the November Coat Drive, we made
cookie bags for the clients who came to Western Carolina Rescue
Ministries for warm coats, gloves, scarves and hats.
In January we collected winter emergency supplies for Beloved
House who are first responders to the homeless on our city streets and
in camps around the area.
Thanks
to a Thrivent Action Grant, we collected supplies for Beloved
House's Street Medic Ministry before the pandemic. These
final pictures are the youth who went on a shopping trip to buy much needed
supplies. We were able to spend $550! Thanks to everyone who participated!
